Through your MyEdenred customer space you can (according to the role that is assigned to you) use the following functions:
- Place orders
- Follow your orders
- Manage your employees:
- Add new employees
- Hide old employees
- Change given information of employees
- Activate the new cards of your employees
- Manage your representatives:
- Add new representatives and give them access to your customer space
- Assign your representatives with a role in order to limit their access
- Change the structure of your company
Check the following three points through your customer space under the tab “Last orders”:
- Has there been an order for a card after an order for one of our products? If not, your employee already owns a card. You can refer him to https://support.edenred.lu/hc/en-us/sections/360000220054-My-Edenred-card
- Has the order for the card already been finalized?
- Has the order been finalized over 10 working days ago?
If the order has been finalized over 10 working days ago, please contact us through the web form. We are happy to help you.
If your employee’s card is lost or has been stolen, your employee has to block his card himself online through his personal webspace MyEdenred.lu.
Next, the card will be unusable. Attention, this process is irreversible.
You, as his employer, next have to validate the order for the replacement card in your customer web space on http://www.myedenred.lu/.
The new card will be made from the moment the payment has been done.
The validity of the electronic vouchers will be prolonged with 10 working days and the available balance will be automatically linked to the new card.
